Tasting notes
Colour: dark pink colour with bright glints;
Nose: fairly intense fruity and flowery (hints of cherry and strawberry).
Flavour: the taste is very soft, fresh and persistent.
Pairings: It’s ideal with hors d’oeuvres, main course meals, white meats, fish soup and fresh cheese.
