Colour: lovely intense red ruby colour.
Nose: firm, persistent nose, intensely fruity; aroma of fresh fruit well ripened and jam; Flavour: velvety, fruity palate of sweet ripe red berries; the tannins are easy on the tongue; great aromatic persistence.
Pairings: it matches well-structured first courses, barbecued meats, mature cheeses, eggs, game, red meats in general.
